If you decide to end your membership, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 60 days of advance written notice before your membership is officially terminated. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition and continue providing comprehensive care during your remaining time with us.
How to Cancel
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You may email us at contact@apolloniamed.com or use the cancellation form available on our website.
- Your membership will remain active for 60 days following receipt of your written notice, and you are responsible for any membership fees due during this period.
- After the 60-day notice period, your membership will be formally canceled, and no further charges will be incurred.
Exceptions
